Our Commitment to Quality At Autogy we strive to help our team provide the best quality workmanship, the quickest and least intrusive installations, and the highest quality service and maintenance in the industry. To provide an even more desirable service to each and every customer, we can provide you with free installation with your purchase. FREE INSTALLATION includes: * An Autogy representative will come to your home, at a pre-scheduled appointment with your product on hand. * Your installation locations will be discussed and the internet connection will be located. * The representative will explain the details of the work needed and any possible, but unlikely, charges for special circumstances. At this time you may cancel your purchase and receive no penalty of any kind. * Your new audio system will be installed, connected and started. * The representative will assist you to install the software on a local Windows PC or Mac, and configure your existing music library to work with your new music system. * You will then be trained how to use the system and all of its features, add music, setup music services and more. * You will be asked to fill out a 5 question (no private information) rate card to complete your FREE installation. FREE INSTALLATION means that labor and service ONLY are included at no additional charge. The price of all products and any additional wire, cables or accessories required to complete the installation are not included with this offer. FREE INSTALLATION pricing is determined by the standard RETAIL price of each individual item or package defined BY SONOS on their retail webpage, ( currently http://www.sonos.com/whattobuy/ ) and includes ONLY SONOS PRODUCTS. The only exception to this is the inclusion of speakers, which may or may not be manufactured by SONOS, which will also be installed (connected) free of charge. All components, parts, wire, cable, patch or network cables, audio cables, speakers, controllers, ipods, or any tangible items that become part of the installation and are not considered "included" in-the-box from SONOS or other manufacturers, will not be "included" without additional costs to the customer. These costs will be conveyed to the customer in advance of installation and the customer will agree to these charges or the installation may be terminated at the discretion of the installer. This FREE INSTALLATION has some limitations which when encountered will accrue additional charges. These charges will be discussed in advance of any work being started and will not be due without the express and advance consent of the customer. FREE INSTALLATION excludes: * Hanging or installing speakers, players, or controllers on or in walls or ceilings. * Hiding speaker or power wires in walls, behind baseboards, etc. * Any manipulation of computer settings, wireless or wired networking settings, iPhone or iTouch settings. * The connection to more that ONE "auxiliary" input from an A\V receiver, cd player, etc. * Any managing of your music library, ripping CD's, copying music from other sources, etc. * The installation of any other devices, hardware or software, or any other service not required to install and connect your SONOS music system and get it functioning in your home. FREE INSTALLATION requires: * The purchase of a minimum of 3 room players and 2 pair of speakers. These can be purchases in ANY combination. The "Sonos Bridge" is not included as one of these components. * An existing and functioning internet connection which must include a connected and functioning network router. * Payment IN FULL prior to or at your appointed installation time. Cash, Check ( or Major Credit Cards - TBA) accepted. * Sales tax is additional on all purchases, including labor of any kind. * The Completion of a 5 Question RATE CARD at the completion of the installation. Under no circumstances will our representative ask you for private or confidential information to be included on this rate-card. This is for internal tracking of quality and satisfaction standards and practices and is used solely to improve our service to our customers.
